Born in Jersey, raised on American chaos, Persian food, and whatever else was cooking in the house, I’ve been chasing bold flavors since I could hold a spatula.

 

I made Aliyah in 2013 and served in the Israeli Air Force. Somewhere between getting yelled at and dodging desk jobs, I ended up behind the bar—mixing cocktails by night and nursing regrets by morning.

 

Cofi came out of that pivot. I swapped booze for cold brew and brought everything I loved about mixology with me: flavor balance, creative freedom, and just enough attitude to keep it fun. No barista origin story here — just a lifelong cook with a mixer's brain and a deep love for anything that tastes like home, adventure, and flavors people remember.
